We've gathered the most commonly asked questions to help you make the most of your stay and enjoy your cabin rental experience.

  • Are children allowed?
    Yes! Our property is uniquely suited to families, and we love to host them! However, we strongly recommend that you only bring children of any age at your own risk.
  • What's your policy for cancellations?
    - 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in. - 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in. - No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, we have designated parking spaces available for our guests.
  • What size is the cabin?
    Our cabin is approximately 3200 square feet and sleep 10.
  • Is there a nightly minimum?
    We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights per booking.
  • Is smoking allowed in the rental property?
    No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. We provide designated smoking areas outside.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in the southern Poconos, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229
  • Food?
    Our cabin's kitchen is equipped with a double oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and stovetop. There are several amazing restaurants within 5-20 minutes. You can see some of our favorites in the guest manual here.
  • Is breakfast included in the rental price?
    We do not provide breakfast, but we offer complimentary coffee and tea.
  • How many people can the rental property accommodate?
    Our rental property can accommodate up to 10 guests.
  • When is the best time to visit?
    Our cabin is designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. The cabin is equipped with a heating & AC unit. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year.
  • When is check-in and check out?
    Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am. ( If possible) We do offer early check-in for an additional $35 if you are interested (you can select at checkout). This allows you to check in at least 2 hours early.
  • Wi-Fi?
    Yes, We provide complimentary Wifi.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
